1. Orders
All dresses and accessories shown on DV Collection are premium, hand-made items. Orders are placed via WhatsApp to make sure you get the perfect size and custom fit.
2. Sizing
Since our items are custom-made, please provide correct measurements during your WhatsApp chat. We are not responsible for fitting issues if incorrect measurements are provided.
3. Payment
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We accept secure digital payments, and we will send you a digital receipt with an Order ID to track your package.
4. Shipping
We ship all across India. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. You can track your package in real-time on our Tracking page using your phone number.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered.
